Zodiac Bullseye
Ingredients 1 1/3 oz. Zodiac Original Vodka 1 oz. Dolin Blanc 1 oz. Strawberry Shrub 3 oz. Fever Tree or Tonic Fresh Strawberries Rosemary Strainer
Mixing Instructions
Add Zodiac Vodka, Dolin Blanc, strawberry shrub, tonic into cocktail shaker and shake. Strain into a Collins glass. Add ice and garnish with bullseye strawberry wheels and rosemary sprig.
To make a 'bullseye” strawberry wheel, cut the strawberries into wedges horizontally so the slices resemble a bullseye, with an opening in the center. Take a sprig of rosemary and cleave the stem of the needles, leaving a small grouping at one end. Spear the strawberry wheel with the rosemary sprig and garnish cocktail.
