The Scallywag
Using Nashville's own Blue Chair Bay's white rum, the Scallywag is refreshing and tropical, giving fans a taste of the beach right here in landlocked Nashville. Perfect for front porch sitting, Broadway nights, and picnics along the Cumberland.
Ingredients
1 ½ oz. Blue Chair Bay White Rum
¾ oz. St. Germaine Elderflower liqueur
¾ oz. Fresh lime juice
2 oz. Club Soda
Splash simple syrup
Dash angostura bitters
Lime wheel for garnish
Mixing Instructions
Build ingredients directly into rocks glass filled with ice. Pour the contents from this glass into a shaker tin or mixing glass. Return the contents to the original glass. Garnish with the lime wheel.
