Where to Watch the Solar Eclipse in Nashville

Stake out your spot to watch the solar eclipse on Monday, August 21.

For the first time in 99 years, a total solar eclipse will make its way across the country on Monday, August 21. Lucky for us, Nashville is the largest city in its path. Parks and rooftop patios around town prepare with festivals, viewings parties, and even a paddleboarding adventure on Percy Priest Lake.

Acme VIP Eclipse Viewing

Nashville Sounds Solar Eclipse

First Tennessee Park — 19 Jr Gilliam Way
• Music from the Nashville Symphony, science demonstrations with fun, hands-on activities from the Adventure Science Center, total solar eclipse viewing, and a separate Sounds baseball game to follow
10:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. $5 - $25
