Real Weddings: Rachel & Jim Darter

A classic, black-tie affair at the Schermerhorn Symphony Center

September 1, 2013

The Schermerhorn Symphony Center provided the perfect backdrop for Rachel and Jim’s big day, which was a classic, black-tie affair full of love, joy, and celebration with the pair’s closest friends and family.

To bring their dream wedding to life, Rachel and Jim enlisted the help of wedding planner Angela Proffitt, who captured the couple’s style, relationship, and love in the events of their magical day.

Rachel remembers feeling like time stopped when she reached the altar with her husband-to-be, and even though they were surrounded by 350 others, Rachel and Jim felt like they were the only two people in the courtyard.
