College sweethearts Madison and Brady met on the first day of their freshman year at Vanderbilt University. They sat together in their first Ethics class, and have been inseparable ever since. After they graduated, Brady surprised Madison when he proposed in the same spot they first met outside of Vanderbilt’s Furman Hall.
Madison wanted her big day to be timeless and traditional with personal touches throughout. “I had a vision in my head of what I wanted the wedding to look like, and the moment I saw Mint Springs Farm, it was like the entire vision was in front of me—it was perfect,” Madison explains.
At the reception, Madison’s dad, musician Mark Miller of the Sawyer Brown band, surprised the newlyweds with a song. “I had teased him about writing one for my wedding, and he claimed he ‘didn’t do that anymore,’” Madison recalls. It was a perfect way for the bride and groom to begin their life together!
