The Barn at The
Loveless Cafe
June 6, 2015
High school sweethearts Lesette and Cleve met through mutual friends. Fast forward a few years, and Cleve proposed in New York City's iconic Central Park. 'He hired a photographer who pretended to be a tourist, and she captured the entire proposal,” Lesette explains.
The bride envisioned her big day to be elegant and romantic with lots of flowers, candles, and a dose of Southern flair. For Lesette, one of the most important elements of the planning process was finding a venue to accommodate all of the couple's friends and family while maintaining an intimate feel.
With string lights, soft draping, and a chandelier hanging from the rafters (and games of cornhole outside), The Barn at The Loveless Cafe was the perfect venue for Lesette and Cleve's charming Southern wedding.
'Cleve and I worked hard on our choreographed first dance. We were
both so nervous beforehand, but when the music started playing and we
started to dance, it was as if it was just the two of us in the room.”
