A Bridal Toast

Take inspiration from the garden when gathering to celebrate with your bridesmaids.

Our bride is getting married at the beautiful, historic farm at Cedarwood. Instead of a traditional bridesmaids’ luncheon, she has decided to take advantage of the venue's outdoor beauty by hosting a casual garden event prior to the ceremony. By gathering her bridesmaids together, all dressed and pretty for the wedding, the bride can capture a festive moment. She invites the photographer to join and capture images of friendship and festivities, including gift giving, nibbles, and a champagne toast. The event is full of fresh pastel blooms, sunshine, smiles, and plentiful laughter. We think that it is so important to spend quality time with those closest to you before your big day, and this seems like one of the most relaxing and delightful ways to do so!

How to recreate the look:
• You can create a handmade, meaningful piece like this pretty invitation box, to speak to your personality and relationship with your bridesmaids.

• Include perfect little bites like mini meringues and sorbet to pair with your favorite bubbly drink. This will help to sustain your appetite before the ceremony without weighing you down.

• An intimate gathering with your bridesmaids, all dressed up before the ceremony, will give you fun twist on traditional pre-wedding photos!
