Savor Nashville: Celebrity Chef Dinner — The Menu

Nashville Lifestyles' annual food event, Savor Nashville brings renown chefs to the city for one night only! Our 2016 Celebrity Chef Dinner hosted at the Hutton Hotel begins with a cocktail reception, followed by a six-course dinner complete with expert wine pairings. The evening is sponsored by Jordan Winery and the Hutton Hotel in conjunction with Nashville Lifestyles magazine.

First Course

Confit of duck, brown butter soil, barley shoots, blood orange emulsion
Paired with Gloria Ferrer Sonoma Brut

Second Course

Chilled and marinated octopus, fennel, raisin, pine nut
Paired with Gloria Ferrer Blanc de Noirs

Third Course

Cobia crudo panzanella, cucumber, basil puree, dried tomato, olive powder, calabrian chile oil, garlic breadcrumbs
Paired with 2014 Jordan Chardonnay Russian River Valley

Fourth Course

Malta glazed Snake River Farms pork belly with radishes and grilled romaine, mole sauce
Paired with 2008 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon Alexander Valley

Fifth Course

Snake River Farms Wagyu ribeye, textures of alliums, mushrooms, marrow butter
Paired with 2012 Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon Alexander Valley

Dessert Course

Strawberry ice cream pop, white chocolate, pink peppercorn, pistachio spongecake
Paired with Frothy Monkey Coffee
