Chef Bob Waggoner can be credited for keeping Watermark Restaurant on Nashville’s dining radar—it’s also made headlines in the national media, too. One of our favorites is the roasted almond chicken breast over caramelized Vidalia onion rings. Their wine list is one of the city’s most notable, showcasing more than 200 bottles.
