Savor Nashville: Celebrity Chef Dinner Menu

Nashville Lifestyles' annual food event, Savor Nashville assembles Nashville's best chefs for one night only! The 2017 Celebrity Chef Dinner hosted at the Hutton Hotel begins with a cocktail reception, followed by a six-course dinner and completed by expert wine pairings. The evening is presented by the James Beard Foundation's Celebrity Chef tour in conjunction with Nashville Lifestyles magazine.

First Course

‘Green Eggs and Ham,’ chilled asparagus, Bob Woods ham, brown butter vinaigrette, caviar, croutons
Paired with Josh Rose

Second Course

Buttermilk cottage cheese, radish, fennel, Vidalia dressing, biscuit crumbs
Paired with Santa Rita Secret Reserve Sauvignon Blanc

Third Course

Duck confit, braised lentils, frisee
Paired with Benziger Merlot

Fourth Course

Fifth Course

Vindaloo braised short rib dum biryani with pea and mint raita

Dessert Course

Strawberry and rhubarb crisp with buttermilk ice cream
