The Mockingbird, a much-anticipated new concept from Maneet Chauhan, has landed in the Gulch, offering cocktails and comfort food favorites with a global spin starting at 4 p.m.

Tony and Caroline Galzin's newest venture, The Cardinal, arrives in The Nations focusing on Belgian beer and a European-inspired menu, featuring fresh charcuterie, smoked fish, poutine, moules frites, and a special wood-fired burger. Also headed to the neighborhood at 5202 Centennial Blvd, White Bison, a new coffee shop.
For an after dinner cocktail, keep an eye out for Diskin Cider, Nashville's first craft cidery, opening early next year in Wedgewood-Houston. The 8,000-square-foot space will include a taproom, outdoor patio, venue space, full in-house production capabilities, and tasty food pairings.
Gerard Craft's Pastaria is officially opening in the OneC1TY development mid-September.
Tiki bar Chopper is taking Bar Luca's former spot on the east side this winter.
