Healthy eating at Fit Food Revolution

The healthy restaurant focuses on superfoods and fiber.

The newest healthy-eating option to arrive in Nashville is Fit Food Revolution, a mini-chain with locations in Brentwood and Green Hills and two more in the works. The store’s Juice Revolution counter focuses on “blends,” which eliminate waste, contain no refined sugars, and are packed full of superfoods and fiber (unlike cold-pressed juices).

Fit Food Revolution also offers premade meals for busy health-conscious folks, plus frozen yogurt alternatives—like a pitaya/dragonfruit bowl and vegan Mexican chocolate milkshake—that allow customers to satiate a sweets craving without feeling guilty.
