Our staff is not afraid to admit that we take full advantage of this town's endless take-home dining options. Whether it's picking up a casserole for a quick weeknight dinner or pre-ordering a chicken-and-rice dish for Friday night-company, we love the convenience (and usually snag a few new recipe ideas along the way). With new options popping up all over town, we realized it was time to share the ones we've put on speed-dial. All that's required is a turn in the oven or a minute on the stove and these dishes are ready to plate, serve, and savor.
Lazzaroli Pasta Pick up a package of a dozen hand-made raviolis ($8.99). To serve, cook as directed, then drizzle with brown butter, finely diced pancetta, and pine nuts. 1314 5th Ave. North (615) 291-9922; lazzaroli.com
