We’re toasting the folks at Flyte on their “hex” (Greek for six) birthday; celebrate with them from October 30 through November 6 with a few cocktail, wine, and dessert specials. Drop in for the “Apple-y Anniversary” dessert, a decadent combo of apple fritters, Cruze Farm buttermilk caramel, and coffee-cardamom ice cream and wash it down with a “Hex in the City” (recipe below).
Dinner guests can get in on the action, too. They’ll choose one set of diners nightly to win a free dinner on a return trip. Just drop in for dinner next week and scribble “happy anniversary” along with your name and contact info on the back of your receipt for a chance to win.

1-1/2 oz Slavianskya Pepper Vodka
1/2 oz Van Gough Dutch Chocolate Vodka
1 oz Triple Sec
2 oz Cranberry
Shake all ingredients together with ice.
Strain into chilled martini glass with an inch of ancho pepper along the rim.
