Chrysanthemum Julep

Derby die-hards know the secret behind race day's most popular libation, the Mint Julep. Made with four ingredients: mint leaf, bourbon, sugar syrup, and crushed ice—the 'smash' style drink is a fresh flavor is a fan favorite on those warm Kentucky days at Churchill Downs. Served in a frosty silver or pewter cup, today you'll find Juleps in all shapes and sizes. This take on the traditional beverage includes a French herbal liqueur and light bodied Vermouth for a fun twist!

Ingredients:
1 oz Old Forester Mint Julep
0.5 oz Benedictine Liqueur
1 oz Dolin Blanc Dry Vermouth

Directions:
Combine all ingredients, pour over crushed ice packed coupe glass. Garnish with absinthe sprayed mint sprig.
