Paloma
Spanish for 'dove,' the Paloma is Mexico's most popular tequila drink (for Americans it's the Margarita!). The essence of this cocktail is a mixture of tequila and grapefruit juicethese days more commonly using grapefruit-flavored soda, served on ice and garnished with a lime wedge.
Ingredients
2 oz El Jimador Silver
5 oz Grapefruit soda
Splash of fresh lime juice
Pinch of salt
Mixing Instructions
Add all ingredients into highball glass filled with ice. Stir to mix. Garnish with a lime wedge.
