The 7th annual Strings & Stories: An Intimate Night of Songwriters' Tales was held at Green's Grocery in historic Leipers Fork. Guests enjoyed an intimate evening of entertainment presented by Notting Hill Music with performances by singer-songwriters Leslie Satcher, Will Robinson and Brad Crisler. Special guest, Taylor Hill, charmed the crowd between sets while guitarist William Kellet kicked the evening off with classical guitar dinner music. A mid-set surprise appearance by Greg Barnhill treated guests to Tricia Yearwood's timeless 'Walkaway Joe” as Satcher provided beautiful harmony.
The event benefited High Hopes Development Center, a local non-profit equipping children and youth. Friends in attendance dined on a delightful dinner catered by Red Pony, sipped on wine provided by Del Rio Wine & Spirits and relaxed with coffee and dessert from Frothy Monkey. Event sponsors included First Tennessee Foundation, Alison Pagliara, Paul Varney Construction, Joey and Jenny Evans, Brett and Allyson Williams, Exodus HR Group, and Aubrey Preston of Green's Grocery.
