Gigi's Cupcakes hosted their 4th annual franchise owner's conference at Gaylord Opryland Resort. Nearly 150 attendees including store owners, managers, and vendors came from across the country to brainstorm and gather information for new products, social media, local store marketing and over operations. The event wrapped up with dinner, an awards show and time to mingle and network with everyone.
