The (RED) Supper at Bonnaroo
with chef Margot McCormack
As Bonnaroo swings into action, join your fellow Bonnaroovians at the table for this very special three-course, family-style dinner created by Nashville native and James Beard nominee, chef Margot McCormack.
If you love great food and wine, then this is the Bonnaroo dinner event for you! It’s the only place in Tennessee that night you’ll savor Margot’s delicious southern (RED) menu, which includes:
• Pickled shrimp salad with fennel, cherry tomatoes and (RED) onion. Broadbent ham with hard cooked egg, vegetable pickles and house made crackers. Giant (cool) vegetable crudités with whipped feta, green goddess and pesto
• Buttermilk fried chicken, Green bean salad with almonds, Fingerling Potato salad
• A peach of a pudding! Margot’s take on banana pudding, using peaches.
Tickets also include beer and Josh Cellars wine pairings with each course.
Hurry, because tickets are limited and cost just $75, with 100% of the ticket price going to fight AIDS with (RED). And the good stuff doesn’t stop there… You’ll also receive a special goody bag to make your Bonnaroo go with a bang, including swag from (Mophie)RED, (Calm)RED and (ALEX + ANI)RED.
Folks, you may not know this, but we think you should. The life-saving HIV/AIDS meds that enable HIV+ moms to keep themselves alive and healthy also prevent the virus being passes to their babies. That miracle pill now costs just 20 cents a day in sub–Saharan Africa. So, when you buy your seat at the table on June 7, do it knowing that your purchase can provide 375 days of treatment. So there it is—there’s never been a better time to EAT (RED) SAVE LIVES at Bonnaroo.
There’s an end to AIDS, and it’s you. Help (RED) #86AIDS.
