Baptist Hospital is hosting REVIVE Her Health: Winter Refresh, a “ladies only” health event to help women take charge of their health.
The event will be held Tuesday, Jan. 29 with registration beginning at 4:30 p.m. and program at 5:45 p.m. at the Embassy Suites Cool Springs , 820 Crescent Centre Drive, Franklin, Tenn.
REVIVE Her Health: Winter Refresh is a ladies only evening to not only learn the latest recommendations from Middle Tennessee's leading health experts; but, also an opportunity to visit the booths of many of the area's aesthetic, spa and boutique venues. The event will include complimentary hors d'oeuvres, wine, chocolate and the opportunity to ask your personal health questions to our expert panel. Attendees will gain personal suggestions on integrative medicine, diet/nutrition, exercise, weight loss, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), GYN advances, dermatology/anti-aging, urinary incontinence, dental health and dressing for your body type.
Tickets for this event are $10 and free self-parking is available. Attendees are encouraged to shop local retail booths during the registration period and door prizes will be awarded throughout the evening.
