Nestled in the rolling hills of Whites Creek Valley, The Inn at Fontanel, once a design home, is now an intimate, luxury overnight stay. Set on the property of country music star Barbara Mandrell’s former mansion, the inn is made up of six unique suite styles spread throughout five separate structures. The cottages are surrounded by 2,700 square feet of deck space, plush patio furniture, and picturesque garden views—a layout specifically designed to encourage interaction by day and exclusivity at night.

All guests share an airy, amply lit Great Room that includes a kitchen, dining room, and living room. This common area also features an honor system wet bar and an upscale continental breakfast served daily. Among the other amenities are a 24-hour front desk concierge, regular room cleaning, and exquisite cuisine courtesy of the award-winning Café Fontanella.

Looking for a good excuse to escape town for the night? After a tour of Fontanel, the 27,000-square-foot log manse, you can easily access tastings at Prichard’s Distillery and concerts at The Woods Amphitheater, head to Adventureworks for zip-lining, or take a hike through the Metro Conservation Greenway. Situated just 15 minutes from downtown, The Inn at Fontanel is the perfect getaway for Nashville natives and visitors alike.
