Songwriters from around the country will gather in South Walton along Scenic Highway 30A for the 4th annual 30A Songwriters Festival, Jan. 18-20, 2013. Presented by Visit South Walton and produced by the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County, the three-day festival features more than 125 musicians and over 300 performances including Lucinda Williams, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Charlie Mars, and Jeffrey Steele (here’s a complete list of artists) in venues ranging from intimate listening rooms to spacious outdoor amphitheaters nestled along the beautiful, white-sand beaches of Florida’s Gulf Coast.

Enter to win!

One lucky winner will receive:

• A 4-day/3-night stay (Jan.18-21) at the WaterColor Inn & Resort, voted #2 “Top Florida Resorts” by Conde Nast Traveler in the 2012 Reader’s Choice Awards. The luxury resort is nestled alongside Western Lake and the sugar-white beaches of South Walton. As the headquarters for the 30A Songwriters Festival, you’ll be just steps away from Festival venues, including Fish Out of Water, the Gathering Spot and the Boathouse.

• Two three-day passes to the 30A Songwriters Festival, the premier songwriters festival featuring more than 120 artists and over 200 performances.

• Dinner for two during the festival at Fish Out of Water, a 4-Diamond AAA-rated restaurant overlooking the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

• A musically-inspired piece of artwork by The Moore Family Folk Art, courtesy of The Blue Giraffe, specializing in fun, cheerful art and gifts with heart.

"The 30A Songwriters Festival has quickly gained a reputation among musicians as a forum for true songwriters to perform their self-penned songs as well as established performers to showcase their original compositions," says Russell Carter, 30A Songwriters Festival chair and producer and owner of Russell Carter Artist Management. "We book artists with diverse musical styles. Our emphasis is the art of the song.”

Three-day passes give you access to more than 200 performances and every official Festival Venue ($150) and all proceeds benefit the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County.
