The Gulch Crossing — 1033 Demonbreun St

This LEED Gold® certified building houses mulitple tenants including ESa architects, who designed the building to integrate the area from Demonbreun Street to 11th Street. Opening May 2016, this national co-working space group will invite you to set up shop in their Gulch Crossing suite with perks like locally made treats, relaxation rooms, and floor to ceiling windows. industriousoffice.com

Milk & Honey — 214 11th Ave S

Potbelly Sandwich Shop – 220 11th Ave S

The Chicago-based restaurant chain opened its first sandwich shop in Nashville in October. The franchise owner, Chris Maples is a Cookeville native and called on local historian David Ewing to select Nashville artifacts and images for the interior. potbelly.com
